🎯 Design Process
🎯 Design Process
Every project is different, so my process flexes to match.Â
I have worked with different methods over time—and I’m not tied to just one. I blend creative thinking with structured problem-solving, mixing what works best for the challenge at hand.
Usually, I shape my process into three stages: Problem, Solution, and Results.
Design Thinking

Problem Solving

Lean UX
Understand the Problem & Context
Goal: Understand what the problem is and why it needs to be solved. Dig deeper into the causes and context of the problem.
Questions to ask: What is happening? What’s not working? Why is this a problem? Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone diagram), data collection, stakeholder input.
Generate SolutionsÂ
Goal: Brainstorm as many potential solutions as possible. Choose the most effective and feasible solution.
Creative thinking, brainstorming, listing pros/cons of ideas. Flows and wireframes.
Evaluate based on criteria like cost, time, impact, risks.
Evaluate the Results
Goal: Put the chosen solution into action. Check if the problem was solved effectively.
Create a plan, assign tasks, execute, and monitor progress.
Review outcomes, gather feedback, measure success, and adjust if needed.
