The problem
Users complain that voting is an essential part of their work routine and is absent from the product. This is a significant barrier for new customers in the same segment.
Business impact
Launching of the voting feature has the potential to reach 4,160 small councils, representing 74% of the total market.
Discovery & Research
Conducted internal alignment to understand the initial context and constraints.
Performed desk research to analyze existing market solutions. Analyzed competitor products.
Defined key personas and mapped end-to-end user journeys.
